If you desire live music for your service, our facility has an organ and a piano available. You may provide your own musician or we can contact one for you.
Additionally, you may wish to consider a vocalist; again we can assist you.
During calling hours it is our suggestion that music quietly fill the silence in the
background throughout the funeral home. When you first arrive and the funeral home is empty, you may notice the music rather than be ill at ease with the stark silence. Once callers arrive and people begin talking, you probably will not even be able to hear the music.
For your selection, we have assembled six different general albums to
personalize your visitation time. You may wish to select a favorite type of music in
memory of the deceased or simply pick a type members of your family can relate to. In
addition, if you have any favorite recordings that you feel would be appropriate, please let
us know and we can make arrangements to have them played as background music.
We have an extensive library of recorded hymns and other appropriate music. You may use our collection or provide your own CD’s for visitation or the service.
We have a vast collection of traditional and modern hymns that can be played as part of your service. An opening and closing hymn can add much to the service and a signature piece played in the middle of the service can personalize your service.
Light classics featuring piano, strings, clarinet, flute, and oboe.
Traditional hymns expressing spirituality and grace on piano and strings.
Mellow evening jazz creating an elegant quiet mood.
Melodic guitar selections accompanied with cello, violin and horn.
A moonlight serenade of big band selections for a sentimental journey.
Our facility is available with a state-of-the-art sound system. Besides providing a level and equal sound of the officiates voice throughout, the system also has portable hearing assistance devices for the hearing impaired. We also have the ability to record your entire service.
