Regina Elizabeth Hoag, 90, of East Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Thursday. She was a 1944 graduate of Fayetteville High School and married Stanley D. Hoag, Jr. in 1950. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Minoa; enjoyed traveling with her husband, boating; and loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley in 1991; parents, Leo and Angeline Oeinck; and all her siblings.
She is survived by her children, David (Mary Ellen) of Camillus, William (Michele) of Charlotte, NC, Barbara (Ken) Lupole of Allentown, PA, Lizabeth (Colin) Drummond of Lakewood, OH, Paul (Janice) of Liverpool, Bruce of Charlotte, NC and Thomas (Donna) of Cicero; grandchildren, Craig Lupole, Heather (Matt) Crespy, Elizabeth (Rich) Oberst, Scott (Christina) Hoag, Kristin Hoag (Jon Encalada), Ian and Jesse Drummond, Andrew and Austin Hoag and Tina and David Hoag; great-grandchildren, Grace Oberst, Sophia and Nathan Hoag; several nieces and nephews, and sister-in-law, Mrs. Richard Oeinck.
Family and friends may call from 4-7 pm Thursday at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville. Services will be 10:15 am Friday at the funeral home followed by the Funeral Mass at 11 am at St. Mary’s Church, 401 N. Main St., Minoa. Burial will be in Fayetteville Cemetery.
