Obituary for Karen B. McCord

Karen B. McCord, 55 of Fayetteville passed away peacefully Sunday, October 9 in the presence of her family. She was born in Phillipsburg, NJ to the late John and Edith Burke. Karen was a homemaker who especially enjoyed life at home with her cats. She was a member of the Liverpool First United Methodist Church.
Karen is survived by her husband, Edward; son, Edward; sister, Theresa (Charles) Billock of Poland, Ohio; brother, Edward Burke of Katy, TX; sister-in-law, Deborah (James) Jullien of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; brothers-in-law, Douglas (Deborah) McCord of Fairport, NY and Donald (Carol) Kreher of Houghton, MI; sister-in-law, Barbara Burke of Exton, PA; nieces, Lindsey, Kaitlyn, Courtney and Jillian; and nephews, Charles and Gregory. She was predeceased by her older brother, John Burke.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Friday at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fayetteville Cemetery.
