Obituary for Ruth E. Penhall

Ruth E. Penhall, 93 of Manlius died peacefully with her family by her side. A native of Buffalo, Ruth lived in Manlius since 1960. She worked as a controller at Farrel & Birmingham in Tonawanda and as bookkeeper and Interior designer at Roth Manor House in DeWitt. She served on the Village of Manlius Zoning Board for 20 years; and was a member of the Eastern Star and Manlius Fire Department Auxiliary.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard T. in 1992. She is survived by her sons, Richard A. of Manlius and P. Douglas (Sharon) of CT; grandchildren, Kevin and Christopher (Erin); three great-grandchildren; and friend, Trudy Baylis of Syracuse.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
