Irene L. Grabowski, 95, of Syracuse passed away January 26, 2017.
She was born in Syracuse on February 1, 1921, she was the daughter of Rigo and Adeline DeMattia. Irene was a graduate of North High School and Powelson Business Institute. She retired after 25 years from Fruehauf Trailers in Syracuse. Irene enjoyed all sports, including golf, fishing, hunting and many more.
She was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Hubert J. Grabowski, and her parents. Surviving are her sister, Ann Meath of Manlius.
