Condolence: Hi Grandpa- I’m thinking lots of you today as it marks the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. I wish that you were still alive today so that I could talk to you about it all. I’ll get to personally experience the beaches/site/cemeteries of Normandy, France at the end of October 2019. I Love you forever!!! Xoxoxo

Condolence: Hi Grandpa- Not a day goes by that I think about you all the time. As D-Day draws near-it has made me think more about you. This year is more prominent as it’s been 75 years. This year-Richard and I will be visiting the beaches of Normandy in France where D-Day took place. (We’ll be on a 20 day cruise in Europe w/Norwegian Getaway) and we have an all day excursion to the Beaches/Cemetery in Normandy. I wish that you were alive still so that I could tell you all about my personal experience there to a very solemn place that was part of your life and our great history!
