Condolence: Dear Zack, There are many things I recall from my days working at the Heritage. Your mom was always in good spirits even when she didn't recognize me. You always found ways to cheer her up with your visits, taking her out to lunch or dinners. She was lucky to have you by her side. Even when her dementia progressed, you made sure she had something to look forward to. It is always sad when we lose someone we care for deeply.
