Cheryl Ann Gilchrist, 69 of Minoa passed away Sunday March 26th at her home.
Born on June 28, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Virginia Gilbert. She was a graduate of Corcoran High School. Cheryl was a nurses aide for many years at the former Hallmark Nursing Centre in Minoa.
She was an avid genealogist and loved to embroider.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Rodney and her sister Deborah. Surviving are her daughter, Kimberly (Jody) Gluck; sons, Rodney (Tania) Gilchrist and Scott Gilchrist; sister, Susan Scott; brother, Allen (Regina) Gilbert; four grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla Taylor and Kerri; one great grandchild due in September; and many nieces nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be Friday April 7, 2017 from 1 to 4 pm at the R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepps Corners Road, Minoa. A service will follow the calling hours at 4 pm.
