Obituary for James C. Baitsholts

James Baitsholts, 65 of Kirkville, passed away Saturday. He was born in Syracuse and graduated from ESM High School.
James was employed with George’s Home Service, Butlers Machine Shop, and later with VanAntwerp Construction until his retirement in 1997.
James was a member of the Minoa Methodist Church and a member of the CNY Weight Pullers Club.
Surviving are his mother, M. Jean VanAntwerp; sister-in-law, Anne Baitsholts; step-sister, Carol Walker; step-brothers, James and John VanAntwerp; aunt, Lorraine Elderbroom; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father, George; brother, Jack Baitsholts; and his uncle, Len Elderbroom.
Calling hours will be Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m at the R. H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepp’s Corners Rd, Minoa. A funeral service will follow at noon at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Minoa Methodist Church, 246-248 East Ave, Minoa, NY 13116.
