Condolence: Sorry for your loss. Dianne and I go way back to school at Caughdenoy school. I did see her a few years ago at our Caughdenoy reunion.

Condolence: Aunt Dianne,
A large portion of my cherished childhood memories that I hold dear involve you and Uncle Dick (and Rocky!) out on the lake and playing games in your house on Lakeshore Road. You both always made my stays with you a lot of fun and something I really looked forward to! You two were exceptional role models for what a strong and healthy marriage looked like, both always respecting each other's sometimes differing views while celebrating what made you both unique individuals. Uncle Dick liked to rile you up a little on occasion by teasing you (because like me, it was easy to do!), but backed down rather quickly when you gave him a certain look, and eventually you were both laughing and embracing. I imagine him lovingly teasing you when you met again, which quickly turned into smiles and hugs. As an impressionable young kid/teen, I learned so much from you both. I am very grateful for the time we shared and the experiences you both gave me. It simultaneously seems like just yesterday, but also a lifetime ago. I can still hear your voice telling me stories of your childhood days and what it was like to raise children of your own. You were a gifted story teller in person and on paper; you always had a special way with words. I looked up to you. I wish I told you that in person. I admired your strength, especially during difficult times, your vast intelligence, and your often profound thoughts on life. When I heard you had passed, I immediately heard Grandma Rena say "my Dianne," which I believe were her last words. As she was getting admitted into the hospital herself before she passed, someone had told her that you were there with her and she smiled and said "my Dianne." I'm sure she was there to welcome "her Dianne" to the other side, along with Uncle Dick, Grandpa George, and many others. You lived an amazing life and it's now time for us left behind to mourn your overwhelming loss, but for you to celebrate your next chapter. I miss you deeply and will often think about you, but I take solace knowing you're in good company with those that left before you. I love you, Aunt Dianne. You left a palpable impact on so many lives and many are better people because of you.

Condolence: To the families of Brad and Adam: I am so sorry to hear of the sudden passing of your Mom. It was nice to see you this summer and rekindle the many fond memories of growing up on the lake. The loving support of family and friends are with you always, so let's keep in touch.
