Obituary for Kathleen A. Jordan

Kathleen A. Jordan
Kathleen Ann (Goodman) Jordan, of Pompey passed away on August 31 at home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer, which she fought with strength, grace and dignity. She was born in Buffalo on
December 17, 1943 to Daniel and Anna (Maguire) Goodman and grew up in North Tonawanda. She lived in Liverpool for many years before moving to Pompey.
Kathy enjoyed a long career at Craven Crawford Elementary School in Liverpool where she took great satisfaction in working with and helping "her kids". Kathy was an incredibly kind and caring person who never spent a day thinking of herself, only others, and the world was a better place with her
in it. She was happiest spoiling her eight grandchildren, whom she loved to the moon and back, and hosting gatherings surrounded by her family.
Kathy is predeceased by her parents and a brother, John
She is survived and will be missed desperately by her loving husband of nearly 52 years, Don; her daughter Kimberly Pedone, son-in-law Peter and their children Ellie and Anna; her son Don Jr., daughter-in-law Megan and their children Brooke and Ethan; her son Daniel, daughter-in-law Patricia and their children Danny and Matthew; her son Darik, daughter-in-law Carla and their children Harper and Marcy; her brother Daniel Goodman and his wife Judy of Buffalo; and her sister Anne Hull and her husband Ken of Wichita, KS.
A private memorial will be held for the family.
