Alicia Rose Allen passed away during birth on Saturday. She will be missed by mommy and daddy, as well as her whole family. She will not suffer. She will not feel pain. She is too busy being the beautiful angel watching over her mom and dad, Shawn Allen and Kayla Sabine.
