Dorothy L. Sturick, 95, of Aurora, OH, formerly of Kirkville, passed away on Thursday morning, March 30, 2017.
Born in Syracuse on December 27, 1921, she was the daughter of Frank and Hattie Holden. Dorothy was a Nurse’s Aide at Sunnyside Nursing Home, retiring in 1978.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Paul Sturick; and six brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Wendy (Joseph Gudin) Sturick of Solon, OH; son, Paul Sturick of Haverlock, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Sunday, April 2 from 2 to 5pm at the R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepp’s Corners Road, Minoa. A funeral service will be Monday, April 3 at 11:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Onondaga Veterans Cemetery.
