Obituary for Donald E. Kopp
Donald E. Kopp, 69, of Cicero, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019.
Born on October 25, 1950 in Syracuse, he was the son of Richard and Virginia Kopp. He was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Cortland and TC3 in Dryden. Don began his career nearly 40 years ago with Empire Airlines and was currently employed with American Airlines.
Don had a strong faith, enjoyed playing golf, listening to music, traveling, and especially his love for his grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents.
Surviving are his children, Adrienne (Jason Vincent) Nadge, Donald (Julie) Kopp, Jr., Joseph Kopp and Kathryn (John Dalola) Guido; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Reverend Richard M. Kopp and John (Deborah) Kopp; long time family friend, Sister Jane Bourne OSF; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be Monday, November 11 from 4 to 7 pm at the Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, November 12 at 10am St. Mary’s of the Assumption 47 Syracuse Street, Baldwinsville, NY 13027. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
