Elizabeth P. Young, 101, a longtime resident of Manlius, passed away peacefully at home.  She was born in Binghamton and received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Syracuse University.  She was a communicant of Christ Church in Manlius.

     She was predeceased by her husband, Lester D. Young, in 1995.  She is survived by her son, Douglas L. Young of Manlius; cousin, Janice Russell of Syracuse; and friends, Nellie and Clancy.

     Services will be private.  She will be buried in the Memorial Garden at Christ Church Cemetery in Manlius.
