Frances A. Richey, 84, of Baldwinsville, passed away Monday morning, April 17, 2023.

     Born in Syracuse on December 20, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Agnes Clark.

     She enjoyed going to the casino with her sister, Agnes, bowling with Agnes and Rosie, playing the guitar and ceramics class. Fran loved most spending time with her family.

     She is predeceased by her parents, bothers and sisters.

     Surviving are her children, Jack Bisnett and Kelly (Charlie) Koagel; granddaughters, Michele and Brittyn;  and great grandson Ferrel; several nieces and nephews.

     A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, April 20th at 10am at St. Mary’s Church, Minoa. Burial will be in Pine Plains, North Manlius.
