Janice M. Cunningham, 94, of East Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 6 at The Cottages at Garden Grove in Cicero.  Janice was a loving, giving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was married to the love of her life, Harold, for 63 years before he passed in 2012.

     She was a homemaker and childcare giver who loved having her grandchildren and great-grandchildren around.  They were the joy of her life.

     Janice was a kind, generous, good hearted person and loved by those who knew her.  She never hesitated to put others first. 

     Her most favorite thing to do was go camping with her family every summer.  She also had an unconditional love for her dogs.  Everywhere she went, they went.  They were an important part of her life.

     Janice was predeceased by her husband, Harold.

     Her memory will be cherished by her daughters, Debbie (Charles) Fitzgerald and Cynthia Cunningham; grandchildren, Holly (Michael) Wheaton, Adam (Kaitlin) Fitzgerald, and Brian Fitzgerald; as well as her great-grandchildren, Anthony, Jacob, Cameron, and Cole Wheaton and Brantley and Blake Fitzgerald.

     A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
