Jean A. Deeb 81, of East Syracuse, passed away peacefully.  She was born in Rochester, NY and graduated from Nazareth Academy.  Jean retired from M&T Bank after 25 years of dedicated service.  She was an active communicant for many years at St. Mary’s Church in Minoa and more recently at St. Ann’s Church in Manlius.  Jean was involved in many community organizations, including several church ministries, the Rescue Mission, and the East Syracuse-Minoa Education Foundation.  She most valued her family, faith, and friends.

     She was predeceased by her husband, George; her parents, Albert and Rose Bellamah; and sister, Mary B. Maroon.

     She is survived by her children, Rosemarie (John) Masetta and Sam (Kathleen) Deeb; grandchildren, Brittany Masetta Schwarz (Christopher), Ryan Masetta, AnneMarie and Mary Kate Deeb; and sister-in-law, Marie F. Deeb.

     Family and friends may call from 11 am to Noon on Monday, June 20th at St. Ann’s Church, 104 Academy St., Manlius.  The funeral Mass will follow the calling hours.  Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Dewitt.
