Obituary for John B. Walsh
John B. Walsh, 82, of Jamesville died peacefully at home surrounded by family. He grew up in Fabius and worked at General Electric for 39 years.
He was predeceased by his wife, Clara in 2006 and his parents, Tom in 1982 and Althea in 2004.
He is survived by his children, John R. (Rebecca) of Syracuse, Jane (David) Shaver of Jamesville and Stephen of East Syracuse; grandchildren, Amanda and Robert; and great-grandchildren, Caleb and Emma; sister, Barbara Henchen of Syracuse; and brother, Michael of South Carolina.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, December 30 at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville. The funeral will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 31 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fayetteville Cemetery.
