Obituary for Joseph Charles Biviano

Joseph Charles Biviano, 59, of Manlius, NY passed on Friday February 4th, at home surrounded by family. He was a beloved father, son, husband, brother, uncle, friend and co-worker. Joe was originally from the Binghamton, NY area. He graduated from Binghamton High School and later University at Albany. He worked for 25 years at CXtec in Syracuse, NY.

Joe was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer in 2015, and although it took the man we love from this world it didn’t take his love from us or the love we have for him.

Those who have heard of Joe’s passing have responded with the heartfelt and unanimous sentiment that “he was a good man.” He had many interests, especially music of all kinds. He also enjoyed literature, technology, and sports, and earned his Black Belt in Taekwondo.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Robyn Kelly Biviano; daughter, Mia K. Biviano; sister, Danielle M. Lowry (Martin) and daughters, Madeline and  Sophia, mother, Denia Marie Price; father, Charles M. Biviano (Carol); aunts, Jean C. Lawson and Angeline Siebert (Donald) and their children; and his beloved pet, Buddy the beagle. He was a dearly loved and integral part of  Robyn’s family, the Kelly’s, who surrounded him with love and support.

A small family service was held at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel on Thursday. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Joe wished that no child had to suffer from cancer and that no parent should have to worry about paying for treatment. Joe may be honored by contributions to St. Jude Children’s research hospital.
