Obituary for Karen Kulesia Karle

Karen Kulesia Karle, of Clay, NY, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 17, 2021. Karen was born in Dowagiac, Michigan on July 28,1966. She graduated from Ross Beatty High School in 1984. She attended cosmetology school at Academy Beauty College and studied Business Management at Southwestern Michigan College. She moved to Syracuse, NY, owning and operating Ambience Hair Designs since 2005.

Karen is survived by her pride and joy, Ian Shreve of Rochester, NY, and her beloved bulldog, Tank; her parents, Lawrence and Joyce Kulesia of Fort Myers, Florida; her sister and best friend, Stacie (Ron) Stark; nephew, Garret Stark of Dowagiac, Michigan; her brother, Michael Kulesia of Granger, Indiana; and Hans Randall Grossman, a special man and husband to her.

An avid sports fan, Karen also had a zest for life and adventures. She was friends with everyone who knew her. She could do the best haircut and color in all of New York State. Her smile lit up a room. She loved expressing her artistic abilities and craftsmanship. The world is a little duller without her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Calling hours are from 5-7pm on Thursday, Aug 26 at R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepps Corners Rd, Minoa.
