Mark A. Schwonke, 61, of Syracuse died December 10th.  Born in Utica he graduated from the Culinary School in Hyde Park and worked as a chef.  He raised Bloodhounds and showed at Wesminster Dog Show.  He had a love of travel and enjoyed the outdoors.

     He is survived by his mother, Nancy Schwonke and children, Joseph Schwonke and Caitlin Schwonke.  He was predeceased by his father, Norman Schwonke.
