Obituary for MaryPat E. DiNicola
MaryPat DiNicola, 67, of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday. Born in North Syracuse, NY, Mary lived for over 4 decades in the village of Fayetteville.
She worked as a Secretary, Recess Monitor at Immaculate Conception Elementary School, Neighborhood Crossing Guard, Kindergarten Assistant at Fayetteville Elementary, Hanford Pharmaceuticals Office Administrator, and most recently Office Manager at Lanier and Academy Insurance Agencies. She also enjoyed volunteering at Syracuse Stage, serving food to those in need in Syracuse and volunteering at Holy Cross Church in Dewitt.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Paul L. DiNicola in 2020.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen; son, Anthony; grandchildren, Connor, Kate, Lyla and Evangeline; several loving sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday at Eaton-Tubbs-Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E, Genesee St., Fayetteville. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
Mary’s determination, loving nature, and independent spirit will be greatly missed. Time passes, memories fade, feelings change, but hearts never forget.
