Noel Kennedy Herron Williams, age 27, of Syracuse, NY, unexpectedly passed away Monday November 22nd from an undiagnosed medical condition. Noel was a hardworking pipefitter apprentice at Century Heating and Cooling who took great pride in his work. In his free time, Noel was an avid outdoorsman who loved hiking and fishing in the Adirondacks. Following his roots, Noel also enjoyed following the English Premier League as well as playing golf and volleyball. At LeMoyne College he spent his spare time as Trivia Master, hosting trivia nights on campus while he worked towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, which he received in 2016.

     Noel will best be remembered for his compassionate spirit and his ability to put others at ease with a laugh and a smile. Those who were fortunate enough to know him were able to experience his playful sense of humor and ability to keep others laughing.

     His love of family came above all else and included a wide circle of friends.

     He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Edward and Frances Herron and his paternal grandfather, Ken Williams.  He leaves behind his beloved brother, Owen and future sister-in-law, Kathryn Morris; father, Ian; mother, Margaret and stepfather Steve Darcangelo; Dominic (Amanda), Dillon and Amanda Darcangelo. Noel deeply loved all his family, aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as his paternal grandmother, Jean Williams.

    Calling hours will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on  Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Eaton-Tubbs Funeral Home, 7191 East Genesee St. Fayetteville, NY, with a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. The service will be live-streamed at https://www.facebook.com/ScheppFamilyFuneralHomes 

     The family kindly asks that masks are worn at all times during the calling hours and service regardless of vaccination status.
