Obituary for Philomena M. Stafford

Philomena M. Stafford, 88, of Manlius died at home after a long illness. She was born in Norristown, PA and graduated from the Valley Academy in Syracuse. She retired as cook manager from Fayetteville-Manlius High School. She was a member of the Manlius Fire Department Auxiliary and the American Legion Post 141 Auxiliary. She loved puzzles, word searches, crosswords and nature.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald L. Stafford.

She is survived by her children, Sue (David) Price, Cheryl (Daniel) Street and Steve (Debbie) Stafford; seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and siblings, Jesse Moleski, Charles (Barbara) Moleski and Julie (Gary) Oberle.

Family and friends may call from 10:00 am to Noon on Monday, July 1 at Newell-Fay Manlius Chapel, 8171 Cazenovia Rd., Manlius. The funeral service will follow the calling hours. Burial will be in Manlius Village Cemetery.
