Obituary for Robert Adam "Bob" Prednis
Robert A. Prednis, 81, of DeWitt, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 27, surrounded by his family. Bob was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, the son of the late Agnes and Leonard Prednis.
After graduating high school, he proudly served in the United States Navy. Bob retired from Gray Syracuse Inc. in Chittenango in 2003.
He was a communicant of Holy Cross Church and a member of the Pompey Golf Club. Bob enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, golfing and reading.
Surviving are his loving wife of 52 years Kathleen; daughter, Pamela (George) Nagy; grandchildren, Eliza, Amelia and Owen Greenfield; sister, Elayne Prednis; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother, Leonard Prednis.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 12, at 11:00 a.m. at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St. Fayetteville.
