Carol “Susan” Green. 82, formerly of Lyncourt, passed away on Friday after a brief illness. She attended Lyncourt School and Central High School. Susan resided in Eastwood for over 35 years and was a telephone operator for New York Central Railroad. She also worked for Dey Brothers and Sibley’s before retiring from University Hospital after ten years. Susan was predeceased by her parents, Howard Peter Green and Mary Eliza Green and her son Jeffery.
She is survived by her daughter, Jill (Kevin) Krawec and two grandchildren, Alex and Shane.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, October 29 from 3 to 5 pm at R. H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepps Corners Road, Minoa. A service will follow at 5 pm at the funeral home.
