Obituary for Angelo Sciarrino

Angelo J. Sciarrino, 92, of East Syracuse passed away at home May 8, 2015. He was born in Mt. Morris, NY and was an Army veteran of WWII and a member of VFW Post 9596. Angelo retired from Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. He was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Minoa.
He was predeceased by brothers, Anthony, Joseph, Tony and Thomas; sisters, Angeline Downey and Mary Estruch; daughter, Stephanie Quinn; and grandson, Nicolas Sciarrino.
Surviving are his loving wife, Rosalie (Mechowski); stepchildren, Debra (Ronald) Ritchey, David (Mary Kay) Jacques and Diane (Richard) Wilson; son, Joseph (Palma) Sciarrino; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Raymond Sciarrino; brother-in-law, Richard Estruch; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services and burial were private.
