Obituary for Sharon L. Cavanaugh

Sharon L. Cavanaugh, 73, of Pompey, NY and Melbourne Beach, FL, went home to meet her Savior and her husband, on Friday evening November 13 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Utica on February 23, 1942, she was the daughter of George and Jessie Reynolds. Sharon was an UFA Graduate, Class of 1960.
She was a supporter of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra and a member of the Turtle Bay Bible Study, she volunteered at Meals on Wheels and Daily Bread Soup Kitchen in Melbourne Beach, FL, and also loved golfing.
She is predeceased by her husband Thomas F. Cavanaugh in 2009, her parents George and Jessie, sisters, Shirley, Jean, Billie, and Jackie . Surviving are daughters, Tammy (Frank) Erwin of Pompey, NY and Colleen (Markus) Hartmann of Titusville, NJ; son, Thomas Jr. (Sandra) Cavanaugh of Tilton, NH; brother, George H. Reynolds of Waterville; sister-in-law's, Lana Voce of Winter Haven, FL and Ann Patla of Syracuse; grandchildren, Riley (Amanda), Evan (Kerin), Taylor, and Thomas III Cavanaugh, Frank II, Thomas, Rachel and Halle Erwin, Olivia, Markus, John and Robert Hartmann; great grandson, Riley Cavanaugh Jr.; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and her beloved dog, Jessie.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 10 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Pompey. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Pompey. Calling hours are Friday November 20 from 5 to 8 pm at the Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville.
