Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Joanne Frateschi can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Joanne M. Frateschi

Joanne M. Frateschi, 52, of Fayetteville, NY passed away peacefully at her sister Rachel’s home, with whom she resided, surrounded by her family.
Joanne was deeply loved and cherished by everyone who was blessed to have met her. She will be greatly missed by her family, caregivers, and friends who take comfort in knowing she is with the Lord and has reunited with her parents.
Joanne is survived by her siblings, Beth Sprechini (Jeff), Daniel Frateschi, Rachel (Rob) DeNoble; nieces and nephews, Justina (Zachary) Northrup, Michelle (Gaetano) Fava, Christopher, Nicholas, Michael, Daniel and David; her cherished grandnieces, Alessia and Giada; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and church family.
The family would like to thank all her caring providers throughout her life’s journey.
Calling hours will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18 at Christian Apostolic Church, 7300 Woodchuck Hill Road, Fayetteville, NY, with a funeral service beginning at 7:30 PM. The Reverend Frank Giuliano will be officiating. A graveside burial will remain private.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in loving memory of Joanne to Christian Apostolic Church, 7300 Woodchuck Hill Road, Fayetteville, New York 13066 or David’s Refuge, 8195 Cazenovia Road, Manlius, New York 13104.
