Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Constantina Tily can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Constantina "Connie" Tily

Constantina Dardaris Tily, 83, of Jamesville, passed away peacefully on Friday. Born in Syracuse, Connie graduated from Central High School. She retired from NY State Parks. She was a member of the Jamesville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, John; children, David (Denise), Richard, Brenda (Robert) McBride, Bonnie (Donald) Hotaling, Elaine (Scott) Whipple, Edward (Grace), Melanie, Denise (Howard Jr.) Reals, Nancy (Richard) Barber, John Jr. (Teresa), Patrick (Vicky) and Mark; 22 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law.
She was predeceased by her sister, Stella Smart; daughter-in-law, Joan Tily; and grandsons, Matthew Whipple and Michael Hotaling.
Services will be 11:00 am Monday, August 15 at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel. Burial will be in Jamesville-Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4 - 7 pm Sunday, August 14 at the funeral home, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jamesville Fire Department, 6661 E. Seneca Turnpike, Jamesville, NY 13078.
