Obituary for Josephine Pensabene

Josephine  Pensabene
Josephine “Jo” Pensabene, 86, of Fayetteville passed away on Thursday. Born in Carbondale, PA, she attended Syracuse University and graduated from Onondaga Community College. Jo retired in 1997 from Madison County Mental Health Department. She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Fayetteville and a member of the YMCA, OASIS, AARP and the Spiritual Renewal Center.
She was predeceased by her parents, Antonio (1966) and Maria Crisalli Pensabene (1991); and brothers, Dominic (1999) and Saverio (2004).
Surviving are her daughter, LoriJo (Robert) Cziesler of Chittenango; son, Joseph (Trudy) Porillo, Jr. of San Francisco, CA; sister, Angela DiPaola of Camillus; two grandchildren, Cody (Ashley)and Tanya Cziesler; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Monday at Immaculate Conception Church, 400 Salt Springs St, Fayetteville. Friends and family may call Sunday November 13 from 2 to 5pm at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St, Fayetteville.
