The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Phillip Willcox can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Dear Mrs Willcox- Mr Willcox was my English teacher in tenth grade(1988) and you were my AP History teacher in 11th grade(1989). I remember both of you fondly. Both of you touched my life in a good way. I remember going to your home to study for the AP exam ( I got six college credits for that exam!!) there I got to see a different side to Mr Willcox- the non-teacher side 😃 How wonderful that you both cared so much about your students. I am sad for your loss and I will pray for you. I don't remember all my teachers but I actually have thought of both of you as years passed- especially when I drove through Fayetteville. May the peace of God guard your heart and mind as you go through the next days, weeks and months. Much love- Kelly Piechowicz
