Lawrence "Joe" Oot
Lawrence J. “Joe” Oot, 72, of Herkimer passed away October 11, 2017 at Upstate Hospital.
He is survived by his siblings, Michael P. (Ann) Oot, Mary L. Oot, Dianne E. (John) Rainbow and Laurie O. (Paul) Levesque; nieces and nephews, Erin Covell, Sarah Bailey, Rebecca Oot, Elisabeth Oot, Jessica Oot, Emily Oot, Peter Oot, Patience Levesque, Paul Levesque, Jonathan Rainbow and Michael Rainbow; and several grand nieces and nephews.
The family is especially grateful to his wonderful caretakers at Old Field Drive in Herkimer, NY. Joe loved coffee, music, movies and family. He was truly a blessing to all that knew him and his beautiful spirit will live on forever with his family who loved him very much.
Services are private. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in DeWitt.
