The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Daniel Valletta can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Daniel M. Valletta
Daniel M. Valletta, 51, of Syracuse passed unexpectedly away Friday January 5, 2018.
Born in Syracuse on October 15, 1966 he was the son of Joseph and Suzanne Valletta. He was a graduate of Fabius Pompey High School. He was a professional painter for many years.
Dan enjoyed photography, camping, wildlife, music and spending time with his dog Nike.
Surviving are his life partner, Marylou Falco; parents, Joseph and Suzanne; siblings, Eric Valletta, Paul Valletta, Chris Valletta, Rachele (Leonard) Widdekind, and Andrew (Nancy) Valletta; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be Saturday, January 13th from 2 to 4 pm at the Newell-Fay Manlius Chapel, 8171 Cazenovia Road, Manlius. A Memorial Service will follow the calling hours at 4.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the CNY SPCA, 5878 E. Molloy Road, Syracuse, NY 13211.
