Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of John Ellsworth can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for John M. ""Twitch"" Ellsworth

John M. “Twitch” Ellsworth, age 47, died unexpectedly but peacefully at home of natural causes on September 6, 2015. He was born June 21, 1968 in Syracuse to John A. Ellsworth (deceased) and Barbara A. Smith nee Dove. John was a member of the United Auto Workers Local 624 and was employed at New Venture Gear as an automotive line technician until his retirement.
Survivors include Jennifer Guelfi Ellsworth, mother to John’s children, the love’s of his life, son, Ryan and daughter, Meghan all of Tennessee; mother, Barbara A. Smith; brother, Scott A. and wife, Melissa Ellsworth all of Fayetteville; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
John’s family and friends invite you to celebrate his life Friday, September 11th from 4:00 to 6:30 pm at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville. A service will follow.
