Dr. Reiners was my pediatrician. I'm now an adult in my 30's, and though my early memories of Dr. Reiners are vague, they are, with complete certainty, positive and infused with warm feelings. I recall feeling cared for, appreciated, and a general sense of lightness and happiness. I am very grateful that Dr. Reiners cared for me in a way as to ensure the health of my youth, and to give me a positive association with medicine and caregiving in general. I am now an alternative health provider, and hope that I can provide the same level of professionalism and care that Dr. Reiners provided for me. My deep condolences to his family and loved ones. Thank you Dr. Reiners, may you rest in peace.

Dr. Reiners was the pediatrician for my first child and then my second child. With his calm demeanor and down to earth advice, he gave support for me as well as wonderful care for them. He was sorely missed upon retirement from his office practice. But, I was heartened to know he was teaching new pediatricians to follow in his style of doctoring.

One of the finest men i have ever had the privilege of knowing. Your friendship, advice, wit, love for nature and the arts have made being your son-in-law a fulfilling time. After the passing of so many of my close relatives before i came to live in CNY, i was guarded for awhile. As i got to know you better, the love and trust you showed in me made it an honor to be part of the Reiners household.
Those special times, as well as the challenges we faced as a family have helped shape me in ways i never thought possible. Thanks Dad.

Chuck was always inspiring. He was dedicated to his family and was a special friend. We was a great teacher and role model for pediatric doctors in training since he combined academic and office based skills. He strived to be up to date medically. He brought the spirit of the Adirondack woods and lakes to all of us and will be missed. My family and I loved this kind and generous.
