Laurie and I walked to Trumansburg Central school together until we graduated in 1965 and went off to colleges and another by life as adults. Laurie was a wonderful friend and will be sorely missed. Margaret Burgan Majlaton

Laurel couldn't have been a nicer friend. We were schoolmates at TCS, and we also attended the same college. In high school Laurel was our class Valedictorian. I have so many fond memories of being with her. Her kind, compassionate, soft-spoken, and loving nature always shined through. She will be deeply missed. My heartfelt condolences go out to her devoted family at this difficult time. Sincerely, Jean Hamill
