Ok, one more story....We always loved it when Jim and Pat invited us over for a cookout because it usually meant that Jim was going to grill steak and he was very talented around the grill. My wife had recently found a local Vodka that was quite good and brought some over to share. Perhaps, in retrospect we liked that Vodka a little too much because it was half gone by the time Jim was finished cooking the steaks. He removed the steaks from the grill and was bringing them into the house when he didn't quite make the step up from the deck and proceeded to launch forward. Just as I thought he was going down he managed to balance that plate of steaks and recover quite nicely stating "I'm good....I'm good, let's eat!". I think I told this story about a dozen times over the next few months to my friends at work. Great memories to cherish for such a good man.
